Shipping policy
We at General Store know how important it is to get your orders to you fast and in top shape. We take great care to package and send your order properly because of this. You can be confident that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within the United States.
What if I live in a different country?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Order Processing or Handling Time:
Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1 business day (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Transit Time:
Transit Time is 1 to 3 Business days (Monday to Friday)
Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order is delivered on time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.
Shipping Cost:
Free Shipping on Standard Orders of $50 or over $50. If your order is under $50, you must pay a flat cost of $9.90.
Order Cut-Of Time:
Order cut-off time 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Delivery Terms:
We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.
If you are still waiting to receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please follow up with us at accounts@jarrilights.com.
Order Tracking:
To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at accounts@jarrilights.com or call us at +1 667-231-6128.
Multiple Addresses:
For a single order, we don't provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this: accounts@jarrilights.com.
What if my item is lost in transit?
Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at accounts@jarrilights.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Out-of-Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
